Check in time is 3 pm and preferably prior to 6 pm, with check out no later than 10 am unless by prior arrangement. Earlier check in may be available – please enquire.
A later check out time would incur an additional charge.
Tariffs are from $295 per night for 2 people. Additional people are $25 pp per night with a maximum occupancy of 4 people.
Payment; A minimum payment of a one night stay will be taken at the time of your booking. If you wish to pay the full amount at the time of booking please advise us.
We are unable to cater for children under 12 years. All prices are quoted in New Zealand Dollars and include taxes.
ACCOMMODATION PAYMENT DETAILS
We accept Visa, Mastercard, EFTPOS, or cash.
Cancellation – for a full refund please ensure that you advise us more than 10 days in advance of your check in date.
For a 50% refund of your accommodation costs we must be advised 7 days in advance of your date of stay i.e. if your stay is to start on a Friday you need to cancel by 2 pm on the Friday of the previous week.
If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance there is no refund (unless the booking can be re sold).
We will make every effort to re-book your cancelled nights in which case a fee will not be charged.
We advise our clients to have travel insurance.
